Alliance Netserve offers a 24/7 fault reporting service to all it's customers via our support-number which can be found on our Contact page. However, many faults can be self diagnosed and remedied with a little knowledge which you may find on our support pages.

If however you do not get the answer you are looking for, then you can contact us by telephone or submit your fault online using the form at the bottom of this page.
