My voicemail is not activated on my Vodafone handset.

To turn on standard voicemail - call 1211 from your mobile phone.

I would like to de-activate my Vodafone voicemail.

To turn off standard voicemail - call 1210 from your mobile phone.

My voicemail is not activated on my o2 handset

Your Voicemail 901 is automatically set up with a default message that greets your callers. Alternatively, you can record your own personal message. Here's how:

• Dial 901
• Press * for greetings and mailbox settings and then press 3
• Follow the prompts

You use the same prompts to change your greeting, as and when you need to. Handy if you're away on holiday.

My phone won’t power on

• Have you checked that the phone is fully charged?
• Does your phone have a memory card?
• If yes, remove the memory card and see if the phone starts up.

My phone is engaged when someone tries to ring it

Your sim-card could have well locked up, take the sim-card out, leave it for a minute, then put it back in the phone and try to make a call to the mobile.

• Try switching your phone off and then back on again, has this resolved the call issue?
• Do you have a mobile signal?
• If no then your problem could be signal related

• If it’s a specific number, are you able to dial this number from another phone?
• If no the problem is likely to be with the number you are dialling.
