Voicemail - Samsung personalised voicemail ensures that you no longer miss those important calls, voice messages can be left when staff are busy or out of the office. Intelligently route callers with different greetings and call routing based on time of day, day of week, caller ID and DDI (Direct Indial)

Auto Attendant - Allows the caller to be quickly and efficiently directed to the person or department that they require. This feature can also allow a caller the option of returning to reception or another member of staff, rather than being forced into a voicemail.

Call recording - CMS Voice Recording (VR) is a stand alone solution or a fully integrated additional plug-in module for the CMS range of products, which can record your ISDN30, ISDN2 or Analogue trunks.

Call Conferencing - Its easy to make conference calls with the latest Samsung handsets, just push the dedicated Conference button to bring other parties into your conversation.

Mobile Extension - OfficeServ Connect enables you to set Call Forward to up to 5 alternative numbers (mobile phone, home office, alternate office, workshop, etc.) which will simultaneously ring when you are away from your main phone.

The Samsung OfficeServ Mobex application enables you to set a personal virtual ring group of up to 5 alternative numbers (mobile phone, home office, alternate office, workshop, etc.) which will simultaneously ring when you are away from your main phone.

You will remain always in contact, and will never miss that important call again. The Mobex application allows you to make and receive calls from your mobile through the OS 7000 System as if you were at your desk. Managing calls through the system allows you to maintain the central benefits of call control, operator console, voicemail, call recording, etc.
